Red Kite House is a spectacular and beautiful historical building, recently
renovated to provide holiday accommodation for ten people in two separate
apartments. Set on a hill top at the end of an avenue of mature lime trees
the house is surrounded by a large grassy area, ringed by tall douglas fir
trees and wellingtonia redwoods, providing a secluded and quiet haven.
The house is divided into two luxury apartments but can also be let as a
single unit providing accommodation for up to ten people.
The ground floor apartment is called Osprey, and sleeps six. Click

Entrance to both apartments is from the front porch to the shared hallway,
floored with black and white polished granite tiles. The door under the
stairs on the right is the front door to Osprey apartment, and the original
staircase leads up to Red Squirrel. We have
provided a ramp at the back entrance to Osprey apartment, and as the apartment
is on one level throughout, it is suitable for disabled, or partially abled
people. Red Squirrel is unsuitable for disabled people as it is up a flight
of stairs.
The apartments are individually priced for separate letting, but for a party
booking both apartments together we offer a discount of £100 off the
combined price of the two lets.
