Situated on the ground floor of Red Kite House, Osprey apartment occupies
what was once the laundry facilities for Rosehaugh House. Now completely
refurbished, it provides lavish and spacious holiday accommodation for up
to 6 people. The apartment is entered through the front door into the main
lobby where a private door under the stairs leads to the inner hallway.
Doors open from the inner hall into two of the bedrooms, the family bathroom
and the lounge.
The apartment has wheelchair access via a stone flagged, level path to a
ramp which leads to the back door opening onto the kitchen dining room.
The large lounge is a pleasant and sunny room with windows on three sides
giving plenty of natural daylight. Furnished with leather
sofas and coffee tables, the lounge has a widescreen satellite TV
and DVD player. Patio doors open onto the outside decking.
Internal doors give access to a bedroom and the dining kitchen.

Bedroom 1 is a lovely light room with double bed and en-suite shower room,
with WC, wash basin and shower unit, bedroom 2 is a spacious room with
twin single beds and en-suite bathroom with WC, wash basin and bath.
Bedroom 3 has a king-sized double bed, and is accessed from the lounge.
There is a family bathroom with WC, wash basin and shower unit, opening off the
inner hall.
All bed linen and towels are provided, and electricity is included in
the price. A cot and high chair are available on request, please let
us know when booking if you require them.
You will find a picnic table and chairs on the decking so that you can
sit outside and enjoy drinks or a meal in the open air. The table and
chairs on the paved area outside the front door are for the use of
Red Squirrel apartment.

Osprey has a large and well equipped dining kichen. The dining table extends
to seat 10 so that if the two apartments are booked by one group, the whole
party can eat together at the same table.
