Set in the heart of the beautiful Rosehaugh Estate on
Ross-shire's Black Isle, we are pleased to offer two unique,
newly renovated Edwardian buildings as holiday lets. The houses
are surrounded by mixed woodland containing some magnificent
mature trees and the land around has been planted up with
grasses, wild flowers and shrubs to harmonise with the woodland
setting. Both properties accommodate four people, but they are
very different in style.

The Boat House
stands on a hillside just above a small lake.
It is a cantilevered, two storey, oak framed building with
a half timber gable and pink Rosemary tiles. Originally
built as a boat-house at the water level on a much larger
lake, it has been renovated, and sympathetically extended.
The Boat House is
furnished and equipped
to provide a charming holiday retreat.

The
Power House
is an imposing stone building set in the
valley below the lake, close to the Horseshoe Falls. It
used to be the power generating station supplying
electricity to the Estate. Derelict and roofless for
many years, it has been beautifully restored and is
now an
elegant and luxurious
holiday home.
